Atamian Honda Service Department

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Atamian Honda’s Service Department, and I’m very pleased with the experience. Ben was extremely helpful and professional. He is a great service advisor — very understanding, knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and excellent with communication throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this service department, especially Ben!

Benjamin deserves 5-stars. The in person service was excellent. But I’m giving 4 stars because scheduling on the phone was a 3. I know this might reflect on Benjamin (it should not) but appointment scheduling is part of the overall service experience at Atamian. My complaint is very specific. Benjamin said it’s known and there’s “nothing we can do”. If you want to deliver 5-Star service you need to figure this out. The issue is this: I asked what time in the AM could I make an appointment and was told anytime from 7:00 AM on. I asked how long the state inspection would take and was told 30 minutes. So I made an appointment for 7:30 AM figuring I’d be finished around 8:00 AM or shortly thereafter. When I arrived I learned the desks were open, but they don’t begin work on cars until

I bought my car here && always take it to Atamian Honda for any type of service. I got the pleasure of working with Joaquin this last time and he was great!! He was very professional but friendly and answered all questions I had about my car! I definitely recommend going here they've always been super great there. If you want great service just ask for Joaquin, he's the best && I'll be making all my future service appointments with him! 😊 Thank you again for everything!

Wonderful dealership. Great deal on the car. Salesman, Chris Holder, was very nice and very personable. Would definitely recommend them.

Went in for an oil change and a few other things needed to be completed. Joaquin kept me updated as to when things would be completed, and went over what needed to be done. Service was great. He made sure that All the settings on the car were set correctly, especially the one that needs to be reset after tires are rotated and recalibrated. Thanks!
