Just bought a car from them and for Christmas they sent me a tin of cookies and I thank you card I thought it was so sweet. They were all very friendly and so helpful on my first new car purchase in over 20 years

Max always does a phenomenal job. He's a great communicator and made sure that he took care of everything we needed. These folks really care about their customers. I've been going here for a long time and have experienced nothing that even resembles a bad experience.

We got a good deal on the purchase of the chevy equinox, but do not expect service. The service department is not helpful, doesn't want to fix the problem, is willing to let you come more than three times for the same issue..and is just generally..unacceptable. My cousin bought a week after us, because of us. She has had the same terrible experiences we have had( never a loaner available and never able to take her anywhere). It is very sad that such a nice looking dealership would allow such terrible treatment to its customers. We are just past the year mark and will be doing business with Buddy Chevrolet..closer to Atlanta but the people you deal with are worth it. Shame on Athens Chevrolet. I had my son’s car repaired after a car accident. Clay and Jamee did a great job, helped me through the insurance process, and explained everything that made the process easy. I would definitely recommend.

Dropped off car without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Car was ready in less that an hour. Great service. Great location.
