Complete Transmission is the best transmission shop in my area. My truck is driving better than before the torque converter even began slipping. Randall replaced the torque converter another shop had replaced twice a month ago (continued slipping). I had a terible experience with the former shop and the manager was awful. Randall was fair, honest, and knew what he was doing. They will be the only ones to ever deal with any transmission troubles I ever have in the future.
Hands down, the best transmission shop in the area. Randall is extremely honest, competent and helpful. There's a reason this place has been around for decades.
Randall is precise and informative. My truck shifts better than new.
