O'Reilly Auto Parts

My daughter was here last week from out of town and suffered a dead battery as she was leaving to return home. Rusty Melancon, who has a garage in Bogart, came and jumped started it. He called O'Reilly's to see if they had a battery, which they did. They ask that she come by their store so they could take a look at the vehicle. She was told to ask for Omar. Omar not only tested the battery he took time to replace it for her. What was thought to be a simple job became quite involved before completion. Omar, thanks for your assistance and kindness shown to her. I have always used your store anytime I needed parts. Now I tell everyone about Omar and what he did for her. Sonny Wilson Clarke Co. The staff was friendly, and seemed to be on top of things. I ordered the parts i needed and asked and confirmed repeatedly ... I need both front and back brake caliper repair kits. (Unaware that each caliper has 2 pistons so I need 2 kits per caliper.) I was told and it was confirmed that I had 2 front and 2 back kits. Parts due in by 315p the next day. The truck was late...so it was closer to 5p when I got the parts. Go in to get them and they didnt even order me the proper parts. I only had 1 of the kits I could use that would work for my vehicle. Needless to say, the car was not ready for my husband to go to work today...so I am now in atlanta driving him in my vehicle. Looking back, the original guy that rang me out was in such an all fire hurry to close and get home...he wasnt paying

Stopped in Thursday at opening because battery light came on, and stayed on. Store manager, Caitlin helped me speedily with assessment. She quickly quoted me price options and warranty information, so an informed decision could be made. Thanks Caitlin for the stellar service. Keep up the great work. Happy customer, Sharon

Everytime I go to O'Reilly the staff are very friendly, Very knowledgeable, and they provide excellent service. Special mentions to Caitlin, Sims, and Devin. Hats off to yall. Hopefully O'Reilly himself sees this and gives yall a raise. 😄

I’ve been to many O’Reilly locations and always had great experiences with helpful staff. Today, I went to this one just needing a simple light bulb replacement. I kindly asked the employee for help, and he hit me with a straight ‘No,’ with no explanation or anything. I mentioned that I usually get help at O’Reilly, and he just said it’s up to the person whether they want to help or not. Really weird encounter. I ended up going to another location, and they helped me right away.
