I really loved going to this place for years because of how honest, knowledgeable, and friendly they were However the last time I went, I kid you not when I say that I waited there for about 8 hours for an oil change I scheduled it ahead of time so I had an appointment at 9am. Then I proceeded to sit there until 5pm waiting for my car. Other people including those without appointments came in after me and got out in relatively short time They kept saying they'd look at it soon, yadda yadda. But honestly it was a joke. Never waited nearly that long at even bad car shops without an appointment. Needless to say I won't be back

Honest shop! Took my car in because my laptop was not charging when plugged in to the cigarette lighter. It didn't take them long to determine that there was nothing wrong with the car, it was actually the adapter that I had plugged in that was the issue. They replaced the cig lighter fuse just to be safe and didn't even charge me! You boys rock & you have a new customer. Thanks.

I HIGHLY recommend this very reputable business. After being charged hundreds of dollars by the mechanics at Toyota Dealership to tell me they don't know what it is, Atlanta Hybrid Repair immediately identified and repaired the source of issues that I was experiencing with my vehicle. The service was reasonably priced and the service was friendly, professional, and timely.

I always get the best care & consideration whenever I go. It's like they are my family looking out for me & giving me an honest evaluation of my car's needs. I cannot recommend them enough. 2/1/2020 I went this week for my oil change & was- as always - so pleased with the quality of service. I know I can trust them completely. I went to the tire company they recommended & was again very impressed with the quality.

The rep at desk was clearly bothered with me for no apparent reason. Told me to leave my car. Was sarcastic and condescending for fun but that was indicative of his true feelings- so unfortunate . I called for a status update 2 days after he said “oh I guess we will get to it sometime soon “… so I went to pick up my car- took it to another dealer who treated me with respect. I wouldn’t recommend this company based off of interpersonal interaction .
