We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with Atlas Auto Parts USA **** and cannot recommend their services. On behalf of our customer, we placed an order for a $4,500 engine, intended for a 2015 Dodge 2500, which the customer planned to install themselves. However, the engine received was a Grade C unit, exhibiting significant damages, including a broken engine cover, broken fan, numerous other exterior defects, and substantial rust. Although the customer initially accepted the delivery, believing the damages were purely cosmetic, upon installation, the engine proved to have no compression. I bought a transmission for my 2014 subaru forester from them.they ship it to my transmission shop .with no label with it say customer name car model or make and no instructionsin how they wanted it to be install pre warranty ]and .then they call me to make sure transmission shop.got the transmission...[THEY LOST MY TRANSMISSION] MY shopper confirmed it was transmission for my car .My transmission shop install .used transmission with 43,000 miles on it for 1945.00 with warranty.
