This business is absolutely top notch in my book. Reese made the entire process simple and easy. I made 2 trips to Houston to look at bucket trucks and I must have looked at 15-20. Reese was very patient even though I asked many questions about several trucks. I finally made a decision on the truck I wanted and bought it. The process was very simple and seeing how this was my first bucket truck purchase, I was extremely satisfied. Again, I would not hesitate to buy another truck from this business. A customer of ours purchased an Auger from Atlas Truck Sales.... Sale was smooth and the equipment looked excellent. Once we tried to use it we had some issues.... All it took is 5 minutes with Jerry on the phone and problem was resolved.. . Excellent customer service. Even though the sale was done and I was 400 miles from them, they still took care of business. Jerry Job well Done.

This is a scam I tried to look at a piece of equipment the fellow hung up on me when I asked and then blocked my number and I found the same tractor being sold by a guy in new york

Bought my first bucket truck from Tommy and the gang years ago. Just bought my second, had a little hiccup with the engine. As usual they jumped on it and took care of the problem. ( it sometimes happens with used trucks.) I will only deal with Tommy and Reese from now on. Thanks a million for all that ya'll have done.

Great variety of bucket trucks with different operating envelopes. I feel confident when we make a deal on equipment. The staff seem honest and knowledgeable.
