ATLR: All Toyota Lexus Repair

They “serviced” my differential and did a ton of high dollar maintenance work. Me, thinking my car was fine, returned to my routine and commutes. That service damaged my differential which caused my CV to almost entirely fail while I was on the final descent of i70 east in the foothills by the Morrison exit. If you know the high speeds, curves, and grade of that area, you know that is the least safe place for this to happen. Luckily, I was able to safely get off the highway without incident. Between the money I had spent already as per their recommendation and the 8k (and counting) quoted in additional repairs…. That effectively totaled my car. It still sits in my driveway unusable. I recently took my Lexus GX460 to ATLR for a diagnostic to address some mechanical concerns. During the visit, I also had an oil change and brake replacement completed. The pricing was fair for the quality of service provided. ATLR delivers what I would consider a personalized, premium experience for vehicle care, with great attention to detail. Nick was especially helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain the diagnostic results and walk me through the process. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and plan to continue doing business with them.

ATLR professionally handled an urgent issue when my car began smoking on my way to work. They worked my 2013 Lexus (that hadn't been seen in their shop prior) into their busy Friday, ran thorough diagnostics, and had my car ready to be picked up at the end of the day. They communicated exceptionally well with me throughout the process and had a convenient lockbox(es) available so I could do an after-hours pickup. They were very professional and I'd recommend them highly! Will be going back!

Great experience from start to finish. Got the vehicle towed in on Thursday for a wiring harness repair and picked it up Monday afternoon. Fast service and great customer service as well. Super convenient being able to text your service advisor. Labor rate is maybe a little higher but the exemplary service matches it. I’ve never had a shop that sends pictures of the issue with your repair. Everything was very straight forward and I didn’t feel upsold at all throughout the process. Nick was awesome the entire time.

Shown all pictures of the necessary repairs. Very reasonable price, nice clean and well maintained facility. Very friendly service advisors both in person and on the phone.
