Atoka Auto Repair

Awesome place of business. My wife and I moved down here a little over a year ago. I had my car break down on a Friday morning. I changed and replaced what I knew/could and after several hours it was still dead and not even attempting to turn over. I looked up local places and read the reviews for Atoka Auto and gave them a shot. It was well worth it. I dropped it off on a Saturday and in about 4 business days it was up and running. Great service, professional, and a fair price. Will definitely use again.

Great service & competitive pricing! Atoka Auto worked on a couple of vehicles of mine that are older models. Fixed everything on both vehicles as talked about and pricing was just right. Atoka Auto Repair is the only shop I will take my family's vehicles to. Billy has done all of my repairs for years and I have always been happy with his work. Plus, he's honest and will not do any unnecessary repairs. He knows I can afford it, but several times he let me know the problem was not what I thought it was and I spent far less than I had expected.

I have used this business for car repair several times. This time my anti-freeze was leaking from the engine and overheating. As with previous visits the problem was fixed and the cost was very reasonable. Which I will add is not the case in many other car repair shops. In fact my 82 year old neighbor who is a widow previously took her Jeep in for repair for an electrical problem. Both dealerships replaced parts and the electrical problem remained. She has paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for unnecessary repairs and the problem remained. They even suggested her spark plugs be replaced even though they had been replaced several months prior to her visit. I've always loved this place. They seem to be so honest. But I made the mistake of recommending them for my mother. She had her car towed there May 3rd, and it took almost 2 weeks for them to get it back to her (May 13th). It broke down 2 days later and she had to have it towed there again. They've now had it since Monday (May 17th) (today is Friday the 21st) and they haven't even looked at it... again. I feel like she should have went to the front of the line since she already waited two weeks. I'm very disappointed in the service here lately. They were usually always so good that I recommended them to everyone. I wont do that anymore. Makes me sad.
