Buddy Ferrell Transmission

This is my review after transmission was rebuilt and one check up. When looking for help with my transmission issues, buddy was the only one who actually took the time to look into it. They carefully looked into it instead of just trying to get another quick rebuild out of someone, like bartlett transmissions, and listened to me when I had questions and stated issues I noticed. It’s rare to find a transmission shop that actually cares and doesn’t take advantage of most people not knowing about transmissions. Most shops now are just trying to pile as many rebuilds on the list as possible and don’t even check something as simple as the fluid, shout out Bartlett transmissions. Buddy ferrel was an honest, kind person when I was in desperate need of help for my 2014 kia soul car, I thought it was the transmission but thank goodness it wasn’t. It was another issue that they usually don’t work on, but they fixed it in no time. and helped me so much and took the time to look into it Great family atmosphere and I really appreciate their time to help ill definitely be back if I’m ever in need! I will say I carried my Nissan in for a $4500 transmission job. Got, a phone call telling me. It is only a $360 wheelbearing.... Some people still have integrity and are honest. Highly recommend this man and his company.

I can't say that I've ever received any kind of transmission service for these guys so to leave a comment about that would be wrong. However I have delivered transmission parts to them and they seem like very good people. Very comedic atmosphere for mechanic shop.

I was charged over $1800 to rebuild my transmission in my truck. I’ve been back 4 times within a year with the same issue. I had another shop check it and we noticed that the transmission has never been pulled out of my truck!!! Ferrel transmission packed my speed sensor with black gasket maker to stop it from leaking(they also rigged up wires for the sensor). Ferrel claimed to have installed a new converter, pump, and new clutches. Now I am having to pay another shop to perform what this shop was supposed to have done. Btw they kept my truck for weeks at a time each time and it still would leak transmission fluid
