I would like to thank ATS Complete Auto Repair for helping with my daughter’s car in less than a 24-hour period. John took my phone call and clearly explained what needed to be done. Alicia was incredibly kind—not only setting up the appointment, but also arranging courtesy rides back and forth for my daughter, which was a huge relief. Trey was very knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain how he would best complete the repair. Thanks to ATS Complete Auto Repair, my daughter was able to get back on the road safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My car died unexpectedly in front of the shop and I walked in hoping for some answers. The team was extremely helpful and professional from the start. They quickly diagnosed the issue, checked everything over, and even topped off the fluids to see if they could get it going again. Unfortunately the car was too far gone, but they didn’t just leave me hanging — they helped arrange to get it towed and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Appointment process is straightforward. Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable and informed me when the repair was completed. The repair was performed correctly. I highly recommend this place. We have had ATS do a few repair services for our vehicles and we have always been very satisfied with the work done. Prices seem fair for the work performed.

We had to bring my wife's car in for what I thought was a bad catalytic converter. The year previously, we had ATS install a new exhaust manifold, and after the diagnostic, the team discovered that this same part had failed, not the cat. They quickly ordered the replacement part (still under warranty) and had the car ready to go the next day. I tend to shop around for the repairs that are beyond my limited skills. Many of us, I'm sure, have had too many subpar experiences to generate much loyalty with one place, but back-to-back wins with ATS may have broken the cycle for me. My first experience at ATS Complete Auto Repair. My daughter’s car was having electrical issues and would not start. Although it took a few days to diagnose and repair the issues, I was very impressed with Alicia and Trey. They made sure I was kept aware of the progress as well as the costs. I would definitely return to their shop as well as refer others. Excellent service!
