I went in this place for a routine annual maintenance and ended up wasting four hours just sitting in the waiting area. No updates, no replies to my message asking when it would be done. After four hours, I finally went to ask, and only then was I told my car was already ready. It felt like I could’ve waited there forever if I hadn’t spoken up. What really gets me is the trend: two and a half hours three years ago, three hours two years ago, and now four hours for almost the same maintenance. Ironically, I had made an appointment, not a walk-in visit. However, the appointment system appeared to be meaningless.
