Birmingham Oil Change Center

DONT GO HERE!!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! I went in for an oil change on Saturday and not only did they up sale me but they RUINED MY CAR!!! I now have to get under car body work done because they forgot to put in the oil canister correctly that has not cracked things under my car and made it unusable! I’ve been going here since I was 16 and so has my entire family but now I wouldn’t let my toddler take her big wheel here.

Absolutely the best customer service. I had to get my car fixed but it took longer than expected and conflicted with a doc appointment. Larry, the owner, so kindly offered to drive me to the doc and back while my car was being worked on. The guys there are hardworking, fast and very polite. Would recommend this place to get an oil change or even get your car fixed!

I been coming to this place for about 5 years now. They're very friendly and they know what they're doing. They always get you in and out. I been to many oil change places and I love coming here is because they're not out to get you like most places. They're not going to tell you that you need something that you dont or offer you unnecessary services. What really won me over is that I brought my new Cherokee to them at 6000 miles for an oil change and one of the technicians advised me that I don't need one yet and to come back at 7500 miles because its uses full synthetic oil or if the light came on or whatever came first. Nomal places would've just went after my money. Good job guys! See you for the next oil change!

My Wife, stopped by for her regular oil change. Shes been going to this shop for years. Not sure if their under new management or what but they were very pushy, sold her an engine flush for her low milage lexus. She tried to decline but they made her uncomfortable so she went with it. I get this kind of stuff common at these places still sad to see at her favorite local spot. They just lost a loyal customer 10+ years and earned a shitty review.

Had a great experience here today and in the past for oil changes and wiper blades. Always friendly, efficient service. Larry is especially helpful and always remembers me. Thank you!
