I absolutely LOVE coming here to get my car serviced! They make you feel like royalty. John is the best! He made my experience so effortless! He made sure I was taken care of throughout the service. My loaner was great. I would HIGHLY recommend their team!

Sales rep Floyd became a tempered child & took things personal after we couldn’t come to a deal and I walked away. Yikes. Not to mention returned my deposit via mailed-check instead of ACH.. talk about petty. Would not recommend this location. Reviews speak for themselves. Reed at Ann Arbor Porsche is someone I would recommend, I’m buying my 2023 S Cayenne from him. Knows how to work a deal.

I’m a loyal Audi A6 owner, always maintaining my car at the dealership. After taking it in for 70k maintenance, I was told there was metal in the oil, requiring a new engine. Thankfully, my Audi Care and excellent maintenance record had the $27,000 engine replacement fully covered by insurance. However, when I picked up my car, the Fred Lavery Audi dealership charged me $880 for the 70k maintenance, primarily an oil change. Why was I charged for 70k maintenance when the maintenance would’ve been on the old engine, which was replaced? Their explanation? “Oil doesn’t come with the engine.” To make matters worse, my check engine light came on shortly after leaving. Fred Lavery Audi in Birmingham, MI—please refund my $880!

I’ve been here for service on my Porsches a few times and the experience has always been great. Shoutout to John and the service team for consistently providing transparency, great customer service, and a high quality of work. Will continue to come to Fred Lavery for my P-Car service as long as I own one!
