I came in to get the car washed. Earlier that day the tire pressure warning light came on. I also mentioned a lane assist warning message I’d been receiving. It turned out I needed a tire replaced. Fortunately I had road hazard so that DIDN’T cost me $350 plus. Also, the lane assist warning message required them to replace my steering wheel. All of this done for free. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE !!!!!
Lance C Excellent professional service! When I brought my A6 in for what I thought was a coolant issue the service advisor Zachary Stuckert and the shop foreman nicely showed me where I was incorrect. And then completed a software update. All for no charge! Couldn't have received better service and I am so happy I found this dealer!

I went for an oil change and received a true white-glove service. Professional, and incredibly attentive. My car was well taken care of, and the customer service was outstanding.
Couldn’t be happier with my service. Chris went out of his way to make sure my issue with the user system got resolved. He was knowledgeable and very helpful.
