10/10! I would recommend OEM Auto Repair to anyone that needs car work done! Emilio is always transparent with what your car needs to be in optimal condition. He showed me pictures and videos of my car issues and explained what needs to be repaired very clearly. They were very fair with pricing. I am a licensed aircraft mechanic and I know a thing or two about maintenance. I'm here to tell you that I would let Emilio (even though he is not a licensed aircraft mechanic) to work on my aircraft anytime. The man is diligent. I just brought him my Aston Martin for oil change and maintenance, and he saved me over $1500. And does as good, if not better work than the dealer.

My experience with OEM was excellent in every way! I don't ordinarily write a lot of reviews, but in the case of OEM I absolutely had to write in because Emilio did such a great job and went above and beyond for me. I needed a new water pump for my Charger, did some research on shops around me and came across the reviews for OEM, and I'm happy I did. Emilio got back to me within minutes of me contacting the shop, the price he offered was excellent, and he kept me updated as he did the work, even sending a video of the new pump as compared to the old. So friendly and again just a wonderful and professional experience from start to finish. I'm VERY glad I found this shop and will be going to them in the future

Im new to Fort Myers so I was unsure about where to take my car for new brakes & rotors, but I'm glad I chose OEM. Emilio is beyond awesome! He was not only the fairest price in the area- BY FAR - but he is also a breeze to work with! I could tell right away that he was a genuine person which is a big reason why I did choose to take my car there (because let's be honest, cheaper isn't always better), but after working with him I can truly say that he's a very transparent & honest mechanic as well- which is rare these days. It may have taken me 4 years to find my go to for car repairs but I'm sure glad I found Emilio!! Honesty, patience and communication with this company are 100%. The level of knowledge was great and no surprises. He communicated any issues or recommendations clearly and explained everything perfectly. I should also mention prices are great!
