Porsche Fort Myers - Service & Parts

My experience with the Service Department at Porsche Fort Myers has always been excellent. Scheduling appointments is convenient, and they consistently have a clean loaner car ready when I arrive. Brandon, my service advisor, is attentive, respectful, and highly professional. Whenever I have questions or concerns, I am able to speak directly with the technician working on my car. I couldn't ask for more from the dealership. Their people truly make a difference.

I have two Mercedes-Benzes, one that is newer and one that is a classic. Both are serviced at M-B of Bonita Springs. My experiences have all been great. My service advisor is Carlos Coello who has been nothing short of amazing. He is always engaging, reachable by phone and is willing to detail the work both before and after with clarity including costs. I always leave with a smile on but also a little bit poorer.

Last week I went in for a programed service for my Taycan. From setting the appointment to arranging a loaner vehicle and being kept in the loop throughout the entire three day process things went along seamlessly. John, my contact point and Service advisor made the process smooth and uneventful.

Picked the car up promptly and installed a new battery under warranty. Delivered the car picking up my other car for a recall and promptly delivered that car back the next day. Service superior. Customer service #1.

I picked up a "fat" nail in my tires on New Year's Eve. Gail was amazingly responsive. Within an hour they had me come in and after another half hour wait, and I was on my way. First class service
