I can’t not rave about this place more! I have a 2012 vw beetle that has had a few major problems like timing chain etc. Before coming to audiwerks I had called a few places & they laughed at me & told me they wouldn’t even touch my car. when I called audi werks they never hesitated to fix my car & they always explain everything thoroughly to me & being a women I think that really matters. I will continue to bring my car here every time because they always fix it & are so incredibly nice. thank you audiwerks for always fixing my beetle which is my pride & joy

Awesome and trustworthy staff. Roland and Israel are extremely talented mechanics. Rebecca is super friendly and responds fast with great communication. I have known Roland for 15 years, he maintained by first Audi A6 amazingly. I now have a Q7 and he and Isreal are the best. Bought it and he unfortunately found some issues immediately post sale from a dealer. They helped guide me through the pretty intense repair. Roland is the reason I bought another Audi, besides being amazing cars, it's great to have somebody you trust and know won't stear you wrong! Fabulous communication, easy to schedule service. AMAZING 🌟 Easy to find and safe location.

I had a hard time finding a place to work on an Audi. Rebecca got me in quickly and even though there was a miscommunication about what work needed to be done because of trying to expedite the work Israel and Rebecca did everything possible to rectify it in a way that felt good to all of us. I really appreciate their relationship-based way of working and I would recommend them fully. (Also I never write reviews, but I wanted to just really express my appreciation.)

Great communication and customer service. Israel was very thorough and detailed in explaining the issue I had with my car. My Issue was resolved quickly, and at a fair price. I highly recommend going to Audi-Werks if you own an Audi or other VAG car care needs. A+ shop and staff.

Have exclusively used AudiWerks for about 3 years now. Roland and Israel have both been direct and honest communicators. There is never pressure to perform repairs that are less urgent and/or not in the budget at time of service. I'll say up front that AudiWerks is a bonafide professional quality shop with a tiny front office with a few basic chairs for waiting that belies the fine work at IMO reasonable prices being done in the back, so if you are looking for "free" baked goods and coffee waiting on lavish furniture in a spacious waiting room you'll need to look elsewhere. That trade off being more than worth it for me became crystal clear after having abysmal, outrageous experiences at Audi dealerships in both Springfield and Hartford.
