Endangered Species Jeep

I have 2012 JKU that I adore. Over the last few years, things have started to go. I struggled to find an a shop that specializes in Jeeps and is willing to take the time to trouble shoot the issues and do upgrades it needed. These guys are awesome. No BS, always polite and willing to explain what is needed. And they never over sell me... Most upgrade suggestions I make are politely shot down with a reasonable explanation that I can understand. Oh and I live 90 minutes from their shop... The drive is worth it.

We have gone to Kyle for work on our Jeeps for many years - from lift kits to exhausts - or just regular maintenance. They are the Jeep gurus, always reasonably priced , and never try to oversell you

Honestly I knew these guys were legit but I got to experience it firsthand today. Kyle (manager or owner I believe) was super informative and communicated very well with me prior to my visit. I went in for a new bumper and mentioned to Kyle that I was having some issues with tires I had purchased the week before. Not only did he guide me in the right direction but he was able to fix my other issue right on the spot so I didn't have to make another appointment - I live 45 min away from the shop so this made me very happy. You can tell all of the guys are professional and produce high quality work. I plan on bringing my Jeep here for any future needs. Thanks again Endangered species!!

Like many of the other reviewers have already stated, I’ve had an extremely positive experience with Endangered Species and Kyle. What I love about their shop is that they understand Jeep owners and the modding community. Lots of shops don’t want to touch aftermarket mods but not only are these guys not shy about it but they give you solid advice. I was having a hard time wiring some aftermarket fog lamps into my factory wires on a Wrangler JK. Kyle was willing to just help me guide through by email before I took it into the store. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had the whole thing wired up in an hour. If you’re in the area and you have a Jeep, don’t take it anywhere else. These guys are the best.

If you have a Jeep and live in western mass these guys are the dudes you want workin on your rig I was totally impressed with the work & customer Kyle the guy behind the counter is amazingly helpful the quality of service at this shop is unmatched for sure don’t be silly n bring your Jeep, truck , anything 4x4 anywhere else it’s the only shop I’ll let touch my Jeep now I still have a lot to go on 04 grand Cherokee it’s a project in the works but I’ll definitely be bringing it back there for sure Thanks again Kyle ~Franko~
