Ira and his team that I worked with (Chris and Emmelise) were so amazing during the experience of buying my first car. Such a friendly, welcoming, and comfortable environment. They were so helpful throughout the whole process with insurance, registration, and titling. They made sure my car was in top shape with a full tank of gas and Chris even took the time to pair my phone and make sure I knew where all the features were located in the car before I left the lot! I was able to get the car a day after deciding that I wanted to purchase it and made sure to do their due diligence and also put new plates on for me before I even picked the car up!
