AuSable Towing & Recovery

We got a flat tire on our RV while driving on 75 just outside of Grayling after 6PM on a weekday. We called AuSable Towing and Steve sent one of his guys to meet us at his shop. We had a spare ready to go that just needed to be swapped out. They were friendly and efficient and had us back on the road to vacation 20 minutes later.

Every single time we’ve called on them, they’ve had a solution ready—no matter how big or complex the job. Great service!!! Had a dead battery 3/4 of a mile down a two track and Will came out on a Saturday afternoon to save the day. What a great service and Will could not have been any nicer and enjoyable to work with. Thank you!!!!!!

I am so glad that I called Au Sable Towing to help get out of some snow/ice situation at my cabin. The dispatcher was super nice and immediately said they had someone to help. I was lucky enough to be helped by Will, of the other great Google reviews. 😀 He arrived quickly and knew exactly what to do to get me unstuck. He was kind and even though my cabin was a little hard to get to, super patient. He also gave me great advice about future snow driving. The whole experience was smooth and fast. Not exactly the brightest moment in my life, but I decided to go down a two track in my Chevy volt, and things got real, super quick lol. I got stuck in sand up to the frame, dug myself deeper trying to get out. Called ausable towing, and prepared to wait hours for the tow truck to show, to my surprise, they were there within 15-20 minutes! I was nervous as my car is electric/hybrid but Will knew exactly what he was doing. Will was also super respectful and careful with my car and had it out of the sand trap and me on my way a lot faster than I ever would’ve imagined. He followed me out of the two track to make sure I didn’t get stuck again too! I was expecting some outrageous bill but it wasn’t that bad. I went home and made a promise to myself “no more two tracking in the volt!” - That
