Had a last minute issue come up with my car and the owner Will was able to get me in the next morning and was very kind and knowledgeable. We spent the time he was working on my car having a good conversation and it was fixed very quickly. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Will!

Will was fair, reasonably priced, and helped me the same day my car broke down. I was driving to Mount Pleasant over the winter and my windshield wiper arm got stuck because the inner mechanism snapped. I called Will and he told me to have the tow truck bring my car to him. He quickly assessed the issue, fixed it up, and got me going. He was super quick, super efficient, and charged me fairly. Would have likely needed a full replacement anywhere else. Highly recommend him, especially if you’re in a bind!

Will is the only mechanic I take my vehicles to. I love how honest and upfront he is with everything that is going on. My husband works out of state and it’s nice to feel comfortable taking my car there whenever there is an issue. I’ve never felt like I’m being taken advantage of because I’m a woman like other places I’ve gone in the past. I recommend him to all our family and friends. I will be stopping in this week because I have a noise. Thank you for always being there!

I went to Ideal Transmission because my car engine was running fine, but the car wouldn't move when I put it in gear! Long story short, my transmission was blown. I had Will repair it, and I have absolutely no regrets! His price was ALOT cheaper than the one quoted by the dealership when I compared the.two. My car is only 7 years old and I didn't want to take it to some fly by night shop and be disappointed. Boy am I happy with my choice. Ideal Transmission is my first call when I need work done on my car, and the only shop I'll send my family to. Great service, great work, courteous, knowledgeable mechanic. What more could you ask for?

More than once, I have needed service for my vehicle. One phone call to Will and he appears in minutes to save the day.
