Fair priced, showed up on time and were quick! 10/10 recommend. Very friendly and even took their time to make sure everything was put back in its original place.

09-10-25. I called yesterday and spoke with Jeanette. After answering a couple remaining questions I had, I said let us do it. She scheduled me for today. I was not in a hurry, but it was a pleasant surprise. I was scheduled between 11:00-13:00. Brady and Dave arrived within the timeframe. They did a good job, answered some questions I had, and let me know how to take of it for the short-term. Before this, I emailed several local reputable companies. Austin Auto Glass had the lowest price. They provide a good warranty too. I am happy with my decision and recommend them. As a personal comment on the one star reviews, it is frustrating when things do not go according to plan. Life is not perfect, sorry, but that is the way it is.

Absolutely WONDERFUL Experience. The Customer Service from my initial inquiry to the Installation Tech that came out to replace my windshield was remarkable. Austin Auto Glass is not only efficient and courteous, but as well, affordable. If I could leave TEN STARS, I would. I was really happy with the service I received, did a little hand holding, was accommodating of my complex schedule, came when they said they were going to be did a great job for the price they said they were going to do it for and with a smile. I was genuinely pleased. Great job guys!
