Auto 360 Garage - San Mateo

Absolutely horrible experience. My car was sent to this shop by my insurance after a minor accident. They repaired it, but within a week the screws holding the car cover came loose. I was told this would be an easy fix and fully covered, so I called ahead before bringing it back. That’s when the nightmare started. I was told the parts would be ordered that day. Then, I was directed to a different location, only to be told that the parts were actually at the first shop. I was then told I’d need to pick up the parts myself and deliver them to the second location. Keep in mind, all of this back-and-forth happened over a simple repair that should have been handled properly the first time. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was astonishing. I would never recommend

Jay at Auto 360 is the best! I had an issue and ran in off the highway, he helped me figure out the best way to get my car repaired and was so kind to reach out to the local tire shops to locate the right tires for me. His is an auto body shop worth supporting!! Will be back when I have another issue!

My best experience ever! Very professional shop! I was on vacation with my family and my car was broken. I brought my Cadillac Escalade with starter problem,they check the car,fixed it very fast! Now I am on my way back. Thank you Highly appreciate! Highly recommend this shop!
