100% recommend Ben and his team at Diamond Auto Body for the top workmanship, customer service and value. This shop deserves all of its 5-star reviews. I backed my Honda CRV into an unfamiliar parking spot and dented the tailgate panel… :( We were paying out of pocket and asked for quotes from three 5-star body shops. Diamond’s quote was not the lowest, but still 30% lower from a West LA shop for same repair process (remove the panel, pop out the dent, repaint, check for seal/fit) and was going to have the car repaired in 4 days. The West LA shop (which we had used to great satisfaction before), was going to keep the car for 8 days because they do not work on weekends. I’m never wasting my time going anywhere other than Diamond Auto Body ever again. From the moment I called I was greeted with amazing customer service and was treated like family, they were able to get into contact with the At Faults insurer for a quote super quickly, and were very transparent on the time frame for when I’d get my car returned. Diamond Auto Body saved me so much hassle because they work very closely with Enterprise Rentals down the street and the body shop put the rental car under their tab to then later send the bill to the insurance. I PAID NOTHING OUT OF POCKET. It was such a stress free and swift process, these guys know what they’re doing. I will be recommending everyone I know to this place for body shop work, thank you so much.

First time I’m using this place and it was very highly recommended and the results were amazing as much as I Expected And more!!! My car was clean, it was ready on time and the repair is perfect.
