Auto Annex

Freddie (current owner) and his team repaired my car (a Subaru Ascent SUV) after a moderate accident where the hood, bumper, headlights, and most everything on the front of the car had to be fixed. Auto Annex arranged for my rental, drove me to the rental office, and kept me updated on the repair process. When I received my car back after three weeks, the car looked and drove as good as new. Even scratches from prior to the accident were buffed out (with no impact on the agreed upon price). I don't want another accident but if I do, I trust Auto Annex with my car.

After speaking with the Autobody expert he told me he would do the work and help me. He knew the car was dangerous, well he did speak with the insurance company, and he lied about that! Upon arrival the next day Edward told me the damage was not due to the accident and no way would help or deal with the situation. I said so you won't Help me? I passed out and fell on the ground due the upset and they all laughed and said she's ok. They LIED AND DIDN"T KEEP their promise. They are shady characters, so be Aware of them, Check with the Attorney General and the BBB. I have contacted them too. And when going to the hospital my blood pressure was 180 and had to given anxiety medication as well as pain, Don't go there!! There screw you over and not good people nor Auto Body People. Beware of the lying salesman Eddie who tells you he is going to clean out your car, get registration and inspection sticker for you! I had to jump through hoops! I not only had to wait several days after he told me the car would be ready BUT I also had to wash, detail AND get the inspection sticker myself! Someone on the lot even commented to the lying salesman, "You're gonna let her drive the car off the lot looking like that?!" Never got the detail I was promised... VERY POOR customer service. Sad because I had about 3 other referrals that where looking for cars... Never again...

WARNING BE--AWARE JULY 2015 Bob (OWNER) AUTO ANNEX AUTOBODY I came in last Friday, July 10, to paint the bumper on my white 2012 750xili BMW. When I came to pick it up on the weekend, the bumper had drip marks from excess paint and paint swirl/ waves impressions. I had a friend with me that saw the bumper and the poor quality of the work and he expressed it to you Bob. At that time you decided to wet sand the bumper which caused increased damage to the painted bumper. The paint had been burned out and I have pictures to prove it. Because I had to ask another friend for a ride to pick up the car,I have another witness to verify the poor quality of work. You decided not to take further action to remedy this situation. Beware the new owner not a mechanic, and I was blindsided as he's does body work. They fixed items that were not agreed upon and claimed to have done an oil change but no sticker. The receipt had major spelling errors and they are cash/check only.
