I recently brought in my tesla to get a small repair done. The team was able to get a quick estimate for me. The repair was pretty quick, and Jack did a great job at communicating the status of the repair. He also stayed a bit late to handle my car rental. The team I worked with was excellent, and I would recommend people to visit here.

One of the side mirrors on my car tangled with a mailbox and lost. The impact knocked the cover off and loosened the mirror. I could only envision some super costly repair even though no real visible damage to the cover or the mirror assembly. According to You Tube it was an easy fix but I wanted somebody that knew what they were doing. The Lexus dealer recommended AutoBeauty. I called, they said bring it by and they’d take a look. Brandon introduced himself and walked out to the car to take a look. Within 5 minutes he had it back together and cleaned the mirror for me. This is not an experience with a major car repair but rather one of receiving excellent customer service and a gaining a customer for life. I was pleasantly surprised with this place.Consider that saint louis is known for zero customer service. Auto beauty body service is excellent. They are very professional, very kind, very sweet I'm working with Donna. She's also very nice that make you feel good, especially since you feel bad for having a problem with your car. I definitely recommend this place. This is the first place I come across that reminds me of New York City with great service..

My two experiences with Auto Beauty were flawless. Donna, my specialist, was very Professional, keeping me updated daily. She worked well with my insurance agent and returned my car, clean and sparkling. On Christmas Eve, when they were trying to close for the holiday, one of the workmen took the time to vacuum broken glass out of the rear of the car and all my Christmas packages. That was above and beyond.I hope I don’t need them anytime soon, but I would recommend Auto Beauty enthusiastically to anyone. 5 stars for sure!

This place was awesome. I was looking forward to leaving them a five star review because they felt so deserving of it, and that’s saying something. Every touch point in the process went smoothly. Everyone there seemed kind and helpful. Really a great experience front to back. My car looks great and they brought it back to me in pristine condition. The Tesla dealership in town recommended them and now I see why. Highly recommend
