Jiffy Lube

Very disappointing experience. Waited for 20 minutes before anyone approached my car. I had a list of things that needed to be completed and shared that I could email but they said they did not need it. Got me out pretty quickly, I asked for a print out of everything that they had done and they told me the printer wasn’t working. I then asked for them to walk me through what they had done so I could compare it to what needed to be done and they said they had only changed oil and filter. They said the location does not rotate tires and my fleet company did not approve anything else. I assured them that the fleet company expected me to have these things done and so I said I would pick up the phone to call them to ensure that everything was approved. Great service! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for an Oil change they even put extra air in my tires. Highly recommend

I've never gone to a place to get service done and had them let someone cut in line right in front of me. They told me to pull in, and someone just pulled up in front and they were cool with it. I was there first, and had to wait extra??? They also used the *extreme usage* from my car manual and are suggesting I get another FULL SYNTHETIC on my HYBRID in 3,000 miles. You guys are riding that thin line that's not scamming people, but being deceitful enough to make more money off people that don't know any better. NEVER GOING BACK.

The employees were very polite and helpful. The service, however, was slow despite no wait to actually get my car in the garage. It took about 45 minutes for service. They seemed to be understaffed. Price was more than I was expecting to pay for conventional oil. I didn't check prices out ahead of time, so I can't complain about that too much.
