I had a hit and run accident first time in my life. And found this incredible talented person Dimitri. HBM Auto Body shop took care of all my headache problems such as contacting with insurance getting new est fixing with original parts doing all over my car (not only accident side) like brand new car. QuarterPannel RearLight Bumper and TireDisk. Now looks stunning. Im very shocked with their clean fast and reasonable price. All the time they updated me with situations with insurance with parts. Very professional job. I highly recommend them for sure.

I stopped by this business to inquire about auto body work my car is in need of. I pulled into the drive way, and got out to speak with a gentleman I seen working on a computer. It barely greeted me after about 30 seconds of me standing there. I initiated the conversation by stating that I need bodywork done on my vehicle. I mentioned that I am shopping around and looking for the best estimate. He immediately said, “no estimate for free.” I immediately knew at that point it was best to just leave. There was no customer service , no hospitality, & no interest. My hard earned money will just go somewhere else. It’s so sad how many businesses lack customer service these days!

I’m very protective of my car and cautious about getting work done but after reading the other reviews my mind was put at ease. I picked my car up today and can now confidently say that all the reviews are true! Dmitry called me just about every day with updates, worked through insurance issues, and made sure they only gave me OEM parts. I needed to get my entire front bumper replaced, after someone hit it in a parking lot, but my car looks better now than when I bought it and they cleaned it inside and out! So I own a 2020 subaru wrx someone reverse into my car and damage the rear passenger door iv never had to deal with any shops until now.i remember I lived next to HBM Auto body I remember when they opened so thought of them and I remember Dmitry never really spoken for long until I brought my car over this guy is very awesome they got the work done he also touched up a couple scratches free of charge i would definitely recommend HBM Auto shop for any paint / body work
