This business is a hidden gem in Chappaqua, NY. I’ve lived here for over 30 years and only found out about the Auto Center several years ago. Better late than never! They are honest, efficient, knowledgeable and very nice people. Their prices are very reasonable compared to any other business I’ve used before. They’re the real deal and I highly recommend them!

Ive lived in the area for 14 years and didn’t know this garage was here until a neighbor told me. In any case, it was an outstanding home experience and would reco them to anyone. They were fast, very communicative and very reasonable in their prices. The gentleman I worked with (John) made it all super easy and was pleasant and professional. I had used the guy by the train station for convenience but had mixed results —at best. From now on, I will never go anywhere except to auto center.

First time to this place for wheel alignment of my Mercedes SUV. I've done alignment in a dealership and a local tire shop. It was the first time that they gave me a sheet of alignment result. I've known this place had the best review nearby and now I know why. The techs are experienced and they know cars. Honest and knowledgeable. Kind and fast. I will come back here for anything for my car, and also recommend for my family members for their cars too.

Had my car towed there overnight and they were able to fix it the next day without having an appointment scheduled first. Nice people and great service
