We can’t say enough great things about Castle. They were incredibly reliable, showed up exactly when they said they would, and handled everything quickly and professionally. 1 week into a brand new truck and a giant nail did my brand new tire in. Instead of changing a spare on the side of the highway, decided to have Frank and team give me a quick tow to get a new tire. Always hesitant to trust anyone with my truck but all was handled top notch. Quick and easy. Although I hope to not need soon, will always use Castle if in need.

I hit a deer on a Sunday and was alone with my 3 kids. I called Castle Auto Towing and he immediately came, towed my car and brought it to my auto body shop as soon as they opened! He presented me a bill in a timely manner. All of this with a smile on his face and interacting with my kids to lighten the stress! Highly recommend!

Recently, on a very, very cold day, I was stuck in front of Petco for three hours, waiting for AAA to come to charge and change my battery. When I called AAA, they still had no idea when a truck could come. My son gave me Frank's name & tel. number at Castle Towing. Frank told me he would be in there in 20 minutes and sure enough, he was! He charged my battery & I followed him to his auto center where they changed my battery. When I was home safe and warm, I got a call from AAA saying they were on their way. I highly recommend Frank and his service!

Castle Towing provides an exemplary service. Within moments of calling the truck was dispatched to my vehicle and within a short time the vehicle was loaded and headed back. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and service.
