Ordered a complete glass kit for a 1972 k10 chevy pickup. Glass is smoked grey, windshield has the tint band at the top. The kit came with the door vent widows assembled and sash on bottom of door windows. I am very pleased with the quality of glass and vent window assemblies. The smoked tint and is what i expected. Customer service was excellent i did call to confirm what I ordered was correct. They answered all questions. It was ordered on a Monday morning I had glass that Friday. Thank you.

Ordered a steering joint. 3/4 36 small diameter. It showed up and they said it doesn’t matter they are generic, and all the same. But there are two. A thin and a larger one. Basically acted like it’s no big deal. Offered my money back but I need the correct joint. Was also incorrect part number. Bad customer service.

They seemed like a good company during the order process. The problem is they make mistakes and you end up with the wrong part. I ordered a replacement gas tank for my 1953 Mercury Monterey. Not sure what I got, but it definitely isn’t what I paid for. Now I am trying to sell it on FB to recoup some lost cash. Be very careful and measure everything they send.

Have been purchasing from them for more than 25 years and several thousand dollars. Placed an order last week and communication was very clear that it would be shipped FedEx Ground. I checked today because I still haven't received it. They told me that it went by regular postal service. Still charged me the same rate but I won't get it till later this week. The excuse was that when he took the order he did not specify shipping instructions. So shipping just shipped it cheapest way. He gave me the feeling that he couldn't care less. I chose to order from them when I could have gotten it from several other suppliers (some for less $$). I won't make that mistake again!! this company is going to get dragged down because of 1 bad person in the office,I made a purchase, and it turned out to be the wrong part (my mistake) when I called to see what my options were, the guy who answered the phone was immediately rude, no help at all, and talked down to me and the owner of the business I work for several minutes, felt like dragging an elephant thought the mud to answer even a basic question like "Hey have you ever had this issue before?", it took all of 30 secs of talking to someone else who was very kind to point us in the right direction to discover the correct part while the other guy couldn't seem to put aside his ego to help us out. Shame because whoever else helped us ( a women and young guy) were super helpful but the first guy has absolutely no business
