I had a great experience with Auto Collision Experts. My Tesla Model Y’s hood was dented and deeply scratched after an object hit it on the freeway, and they did truly quality work repairing it. The hood looks new again. They understood the urgency I had in getting the car repaired and returned to me, and they delivered on that. Savi was great to work with and is clearly an expert in this field. He was very professional and honest throughout the process. Savi even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car, which saved me money from using a rideshare. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Auto Collision Experts.

I took my truck to Auto Collision Experts for body work and had a great experience from start to finish. They were quick, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repairs were done beautifully and my truck looks like new again. Most importantly, I felt I was treated fairly and with respect. Needed my entire rear axle, tire, and bumpers replaced after accident. Needed it towed in and due to tow truck delays, missed my appointment but Savi got me in the next available without issue. Upon delivery of vehicle, Savi gave me a precursory visual inspection about what would be needed, but clarified he and his staff would need to take a closer look for all damage/repair/replacement. A day or two later, Savi got back to me and discussed about what repairs/replacements were needed. A significant amount of work was required (which I expected since my car was not functional), but Savi kept me updated on status of repairs, ordered parts, etc. In addition, whenever I called - Savi answered all questions and replied promptly. Savi and his team are absolutely great! From the first call to the final pickup, communication was smooth and clear. They took time to inspect everything and explained the process in detail. The service and quality of work were outstanding. They truly went above and beyond to help. My Tesla Model Y had damage to the fender and bumper you honestly can’t tell anything ever happened. The paint and finish are perfect, like it just came out of the showroom. That said, every car owner has different expectations. I don't know how they got such a good review. I had a car dent request sent to Yelp, and received a quote from Auto Collision Expert of $1900--$2500 based on two pictures I uploaded to Yelp. Luckily, I received this quote 2 hours after I chose another dent repair shop, and they charged me $299 and fixed my vehicle within 1 hour at my place. Be aware of this place.
