After several car lots I called them ms Evelyn was amazing she stayed after hours, explained our options, let us test drive vehicles answered all our questions and was with us the whole time, she even helped us with insurance places. She went up and above her job and made getting a car so easy we are so grateful for her kindness, help and everything we will definitely be back and refer people to her. Thank u auto direct with helping us get wheels again.

I recently helped my mother buy a used Nissan Sentra here. The buying process was fast and easy, they were willing to work within our budget and didn't require a killswitch to be installed like many shady dealerships do. The salesperson and owner seemed knowledgeable. After purchase the vehicle had a fairly serious issue that would have been an expensive repair job but it seems they have a good mechanic on staff - they towed the vehicle back to their garage at their expense, repaired the vehicle at mostly their expense, and billed us only a nominal fee to recoup some of their cost in parts. They were not obligated to help in any way, so this was a pleasant surprise. I'll come back to update this review if any other major issue arises with the car within 5K miles of purchase, but as of now

I want to say I had a very good professional experience with the sales. Informarive on any question I had about a vehicle. Good inventory. Down-payment reasonable and I was very satisfied. Mr. Sam was professionally helpful, patien, and friendly. Which made this experience less stressful on myself. I recommend Auto District and check their inventory.

Went it worked with the budget i have and walked out with a good car the wife likes and can fit all the family. Evelyn was awesome i have stopped by there multiple times to look and she has a knowledge of all vehicles out front and awesome to deal with. I shopped at both of their locations and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Once my daughter chose the vehicle she wanted to really look at we went tot he Baytown location so she could test drive the vehicle. I also test drove it and we are very happy with the purchase of her 2012 Nissan Juke.
