They were super busy when I got there and they still did the work really fast. The guy at the counter was nice and explained what they did too. The price for a new battery seems good too- the whole job cost about as much as a new battery costs at an auto parts store. I’ll go back.

I always take my car here. They have fair prices and don’t try to sell me things I don’t need. As a femme presenting person, it’s hard to find a mechanic that will listen and not be patronizing, and I’ve always found them very kind and respectful. It’s always a wait at the front desk, but it’s worth it.

I took my car in to have my brakes looked at because the light came on. Was told they did diagnostic test only, and I said I would be going to a different mechanic to have my brakes repaired. But when I tried driving my car again, the brakes didn’t work at all. When I told them and asked why, they said they didn’t do anything, even though my car was driving perfectly fine when I dropped it off. Now I have to pay for a tow. Don’t go here- if you’re a woman they will gaslight you and treat you like you’re stupid, and won’t be honest with what they do to your car. I won’t be coming back.

Made me wait 3 hours for an oil change. Everyone who came in after me was out before me. Ridiculous. Then was charged 100$.

Got an inspection. Was failed on brakes that no one (Pelham Auto) who'd looked at my car before and after inspection, could find a problem with. Thanks for the added issue- first time I had a problem with them but won't return.
