AutoZone Auto Parts

My car is old and always has problems so I've become a bit of a regular. I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff at this location. Michael, tonight was particularly helpful. He scanned my engine, pulled up price ranges, and told me which shops wouldn't rip me off. He went above and beyond to help me despite it being a free service. As a college student I really appreciate someone looking out for me to make sure I don't get scammed and taking the time to explain to me what is broken and why / when it should be fixed.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at auto zone Amherst. Erin was so helpful, got me the wipers I needed and installed them for me. He was very pleasant and definitely knows what he’s doing. I was hesitant going back to Auto zone because of horrible past experiences. Erin is an asset to that store. I will definitely go back because of him and his great service. I hope that other employees watch and learn from him. Thank you Erin . I appreciate your kindness and great service.

I'm incredibly grateful that William helped with my tire issue. Even the snow and the cold didn't stop him from being able to help get me home safe. Thank you!
