Auto Express - Detailing, Tire and Inspection Services

Just got my car inspected. Best place to do it in & out less then 10 minutes talk about convince! Very thankful to know about auto express in CLT. Might have to come back for my tires and detailing. They definitely know what they’re doing here in charlotte! Thanks auto express

Quick Fast and you're out. The lobby was very clean and very neat. The air conditioner will put you to sleep 😴. The guy that inspected my car was prompt, courteous and professional. They even have a detail shop here so. Just in case you need a good ole fashioned car wash.

Can’t go wrong here! Service was so quick we almost didn’t believe it. Professional and courteous staff - came out to the car promptly when we arrived, provided clear guidance on our service and answered our questions with ease. Welcoming and clean lobby. Easy access off multiple interstates and main roads. Even has a taco truck to grab a quick bite during service! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I came in on a Friday to get my car buffed and cleaned... Made an appointment for the next Saturday and put a deposit down... The next day Saturday I found a cheaper price and went up there to get my deposit back and CORY told me I couldn't. Asked why he didn't tell me that before I gave him the deposit and isn't that your policy to tell the customer that. He said yeah it probably should be and he's sorry he didn't. That still doesn't help me get my deposit back...Mind your appointment is a week away... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING....
