Went to pick up fenders for a friend of mine In the old man that works, there was very rude because I didn’t know how to get to the back of the store, I’ve never been in this area before so I wasn’t sure how to get to the back of the store. I didn’t know I had to drive down the little road next to the building and by the time I did get to the back of the store it didn’t seem like I was in the right spot to begin with…. Then the man had a very nasty attitude because I wasn’t in the back of the store and told me to follow directions next time, even though in his directions it doesn’t say that I take that road down to the back of the store. I don’t think we are gonna be buying parts from the store again or at least I won’t be showing back up, That isn’t how you talk to customers, especially

Will never order from again missing parts out of my order cannot get a hold of anyone. Nobody answers the phone won’t return emails very unprofessional. I had to order another kit to send to my customer from another company after this fiasco cost me twice as much.

Terrible experience with this company! I ordered a pressure washer pump from Auto Express through eBay. When received, it was the totally wrong pump even though I correctly matched my model number to the description. Contacted the seller through eBay and was informed that there are 2 pumps for that model, even though that was not disclosed in the listing. Was told that the correct pump could be sent for an additional $45 as soon as I returned the first pump. Here’s where the dishonesty started. I was told by Kendal to open a return request through eBay then almost immediately after I did that, I was told by Courtney that Kendal is a new employee and didn’t know the correct procedure for returns. I ordered hubcentric wheel spacers through Coaler Systems. Never got an invoice or a tracking number no response. Phone just rings. Called my bank to dispute the transaction, then I got an email saying the part was shipped. But I received the wrong part. They will not give me an invoice. The reason I'm posting this business is because the responding email was from Auto Express and not Coaler Systems. I finally get the parts and they are not hubcentric so there for not the parts I ordered. They are crooks and do not do business with them.

I would absolutely give this company zero stars if possible. The absolute worst communication. I placed an order online over $200 it was “out of stock” so they pulled my order without any call or notification of any kind until I sent several emails trying to reach them, after I finally received a response asking if I would like to be issued a refund I responded to please refund it, I’ve been waiting 4 days with not a single response again. They do not answer their phone whatsoever it just rings. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.
