Auto Express Lube

I got a basic oil change for $50.95, they charged an extra $2. Plus taxes a total of $57.15. Then they charged my credit card $2. Extra so a total of $59.15 without any explanation of charges. I don't like doing business like this. If you want an extra $4. Add it to the price of an oil change.

I've been using this place for my inspections for decades. I've always found the people here helpful and kind. Last year the inspector that I usually used had left the business, I had to go somewhere else. The experience was less than pleasant. This year I went there again, and although there was a new inspector, she was quick, helpful, and kind. I also get my oil changed here. I've never had a long wait. I've always found their service to be top notch.

A technician met me when I drove up and directed me to place my car outside a specific bay. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes even with two vehicles ahead of me. The staff was very courteous and engaging. I highly recommend this business for your oil change.

I don't ever write reviews, however I had to with this place. They were sooo sweet and helpful after I'd gone to the place down the street and that place hadn't put my oil cap on and it went all over my engine. AEL fixed my completely stripped oil plug and even did so much as to clean my windshield. Will not go anywhere else from now on.

We switch our company trucks to get serviced by this business and are very satisfied. We aren't getting charged for things we didn't ask for, it's cheaper and everything is getting done correctly.
