Auto Glass Now

Took my car to get a windshield replaced, and had no pricing issues at all. They ended up damaging my A pillar while replacing it(not a big deal but still not the best of situation), the manager acknowledged that it was damaged and offered paint less dent removal. Made sure they added a note on my receipt stating that there was damage. They ended up not contacting me until I contacted them again. The manager gave me his number to send over pics of the damage. To this day they still haven’t repaired anything or even acknowledged the situation after I followed up again. Not very happy about this since I take pride in having a nice car.

Window works perfectly on pick up truck, but there was a issue with the radio after the installation was done Radio, worked perfectly when Truck was dropped off for initial repairs of window after Window repair, it would cut on and cut off, returned the truck immediately , to have problem corrected. They could not figure it out was told by Manager Mario that corporate told him that I should take the truck and have someone look at it because they don’t do electrical work, which is odd because the window they installed was electric. Was told By Mario Manager, that his corporate office manager said they would pay for any damages that auto glass now had done. Took truck to Best Buy geek squad they resolved the problem , the radio had to be rebooted because there was some electrical interfe
