Rudy listened and was able to take care of my car care request. I watched his mechanic treat my car with full respect. Very clean location and professional team. I just moved back to the Crestwood area, this will be my new Mavis Tires & Brakes location. New Brakes and rotors at a great price. Thanks guys!!!

Top notch service! Take all my vehicles here and will continue to as long as there values, integrity, and customer service stays the same. Rudy, and Omar are literally made to be the face of this company. They do an EXCELLENT job making sure you are heard and get taken care of with friendly top notch service! Every Tech that I've had the pleasure of speaking/crossing paths with have been very professional and welcoming as well. ESPECIALLY Nate Wallin. EVERY EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION DESERVES TO BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY THIS COMPANY. Weekly lunches provided, minimum 10 dollar an hr raises, and honestly not making them come in on Sunday (Just close for the day). They ALL deserve it!!!!!

4.9 stars! Thank you Mavis for your quick service on a bitterly cold day in Chicagoland. My rating was impacted by a small exchange that happened while I was getting service. The technician said, "You need an oil change." That made me lose some trust in Mavis Tires and the technician because I had an oil change in 2 months ago at another Mavis location. I would advise technicians to ask questions before making statements. His comment would have been better received if he asked, "When was your last oil change?" This would have prompted a more authentic and trustworthy exchange because the technician was open to receiving background knowledge in order to make a thoughtful diagnosis.
