I needed a full windshield replacement on my SUV and it was done in less than an hour. They confirmed that no calibration was needed, which also saved me hundreds. Scheduling was easy and the cost beat out nearby competitors (I also got an additional $50 off from a promotion they had). EJ provided professional and friendly service. Excellent customer service from start to finish! The waiting area was also comfortable while the job got done. Highly recommended overall.

This was my second—and last—experience replacing a windshield with this company. Last year, I had my windshield replaced, but once the technician began the installation, they realized it was the wrong windshield. As a result, I had to leave my car with all sensors removed and wait about a week for the correct windshield to be delivered. My windshield cracked again (and driver window) recently, I contacted them to schedule another appointment. Given what happened the first time, I expected this issue to be documented. To be safe, I asked multiple times whether they had the correct windshield, and I was assured that they did. However, about 30 minutes into the appointment, I was informed that the windshield in stock was once again incorrect. The technician then asked if I wanted to replace

Very quick and professional throughout the process. I was greeted by the manager on duty. He had my truck completed within an hour. I’m certainly happy with the outcome and work they did. Reasonable price too.

I've sadly forgotten the name of the employee that worked on my vehicle on my appointment day, but he performed GREAT. Right as my appointment was supposed to start someone who had no appointment started screaming and cursing the employee out interrupting our conversation, and he didn't react in a negative manner to this rude character at all. He handled the situation extremely well until this person left and then got my appointment done in less than an hour when I was expecting a 2 hour ETA and after 5 days my windshields seal is perfectly fine.
