Auto Glass Squad-Akron, Canton And Cleveland

My experience wasn’t as good as everybody else’s. I went there to have my back passenger sidewindow replaced. They charged me $100 and then told me my regulator was broke and that was $175 more I couldn’t afford to have it fixed at that time, but they did charge me $100 to put in my window. The window didn’t stay up. They taped it up with yellow tape. It kept falling down. I had to come home and duct tape my window up so I paid them $100 to do absolutely nothing. I’m very disappointed and will never come back there again.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the folks here at Auto Glass Sqaud. I just had my 2022 F150 Platinum windshield replaced by them. Called on a Wednesday got it replaced Thursday. Called multiple places for quotes, could’ve broke my windshield and had it replaced twice by these guys and still saved $100+, you go anywhere else you over paid. Amazing customer service, great workmanship, quick service and unbeatable prices. Will never go to another company for any future glass service needs. You guys are the best thank you!

10/10 recommend. They came the same day I called, within just a few hours of me calling. Great pricing, great customer service, very professional and did a great job on the replacement. They cleaned all the broken glass out as well. All done within 30 minutes.

Will recommend them every time and update this review should anything happen but at this time, couldn’t be happier. Whether you drive a daily or an exotic I’d feel confident in trusting this business and their techs Said I would update so here we are. After driving for a bit I hear a noise now, I realized some tabs were broken when taking off my headliner as the tabs were left in the cup holder. At least one was… the other is rolling around in my dome light, or around it and sounds terrible. For the price you get what you pay for but I wish I spent the extra money and went somewhere who didn’t rush the install as now I saved a couple hundred but have to live with this new noise.
