Auto Inspection In/Out

I have been coming here for a few years. The team is always so efficient. This last time we had a slight issue with something breaking. The team communicated very well and took accountability. Kim was so kind and stayed in communication all the way through the process of rectifying the issue. Such a great team. I will continue to come here as long as they are open. They understand that the soft skills like communication are just as important as the service. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited this “South Blvd” location last weekend with my Orange Honda Fit and stopped in with my wife’s SUV this weekend. Very quick service! – The honesty and integrity is greatly appreciated. Special shout out to “Corey” – Thank you for being so kind to Andrea and I today. We were in and out in no time. Again, I truly appreciate not being “Scammed” or “Tricked” into replacing something not necessary. Easy in and out location. Staff are polite, respectful and efficient. This will me be our “Regular” place for Car Inspections – I suppose we will need to visit yearly! Anyways – We are new to Charlotte! They call us “1/2 Backs” – NY/FL People. Great experience! Way easier than getting your vehicle pirated at the New York Inspection stations!

Best place ever these guys work hard and communicate all options. They always take care of it under 20 mins!

5 minutes from the time I rolled in to the time I rolled out. <$14 for NC inspection with no upselling, just efficient & courteous service. First time here, but it won’t be my last.

They recently put these signs up and forced me to get a new windshield wiper over a minor separation. Not crazy about car guys trying to constantly upsell. Check your wipers before going in and glue down any separation. Other than that it was a quick and pain free process
