I took my car here not knowing what was wrong with it and they figured it out quickly and got it fixed right away. They did a great job communicating with me what they were doing through every step of the process. They were also super friendly and helpful.

Staff is super friendly and the tech I talked to was very knowledgeable, but communication is lacking and I feel like they gouged me fairly deep. Took the car in on a Thursday for a misfire and they said they would contact me Saturday. I called near the end of the day and was told call for an update on Monday. Called again and was told they'd give me an update by the end of the day but it never came. Called back on on Tuesday and they were working on it. Turned out to be just a cracked plug so they replaced it and the ignition coil. Problem was they didn't confirm a quote before they completed the work and charged me $160 for a solitary coil. Even base NGKs MSRP at like $60, and it's not like it's a performance vehicle so I'm not sure why they said they decided to go with one so expensive.

Thrift shop is truly outstanding. Very good mechanics and all around a great shop thank you guys!! You guys got my window back up and it's greatly appreciated thank you so much.

Brought 2 of my cars here, and they were able to get them in and work on them the same day. Prompt and quick service. They let you supply your own parts but won't warranty it unless they sell you the part. Will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Experiencing a flat tire in unfamiliar surroundings could result with various outcomes. Luckily, we made our way to Auto Lab and had the pleasure of meeting Issac, manager of the car center. Although never a previous customer, Issac treated us as though we were longtime clients; guiding us with honest opinions and quality results. He and his crew are a true asset to the community!
