Not once did we feel pressured to buy, and Jeff took his time , was extremely knowledgeable, totally down to earth , and explained the details perfectly -and in a very personable manner. My wife and I had a very easy decision and drove off in a great, practically new car that was detailed and so clean like we were the first owners! I had a seamless and flawless car buying experience at Auto Lenders of Princeton. They had exactly the car I wanted, in pristine condition, low miles, and for a more than fair asking price. They also gave me great value for my trade in, more than other dealerships were willing to offer. Carlos was an absolute pleasure to work with, and from me test driving to driving away with my new car, there was no pressure, and complete honesty through the entire transaction. This has been my best car buying experience yet. They were able to secure me an interest rate lower than the rate advertised by the car manufacturer if I were to buy the same car brand new, which I definitely was not expecting. First time purchasing a car out of state without seeing it. I was super nervous and hesitant but Mike, Patrick, and Danielle eased my mind. They were so nice and easy to communicate with. My beautiful car arrived earlier than expected and just as pictured.

I have been really impressed with Auto Lenders- when I was searching for my last car, I remember the emails and follow up I received from them and just remembering how friendly and helpful they were (just over email) so when searching for a new car, I started with them. My husband and I had been talking about getting our “family van” (never thought I would be a van person) for over a year. With less than 10 days until baby #2 arrived, it was now or never. Purchasing was ok, my complaint is when I purchased my 2020 Outback Legacy the price jumped way higher then the actual price because of so called window etching which they don’t tell you how much it is until you sign on the line. They also add a so called warranty on to the price of the car and also do not tell you how much it is until you are ready to sign and it just makes real bad business. My main frustration is there so called 125 point checklist which is totally useless if they don’t actually adhere to it. I got my car home and over the weekend I decided to look everything over, fluids, filters etc. Needless to say, the air filter was original to 21,560 miles from 2023. Previous owner dated the filter. Do they did not change. I had to drive another 1.5 hours to get that replaced. No
