I reached out via the app and was contacted very quickly that the car was still available. They set up an appointment that was convenient for me even offering to send the Vehicle to the nearest partner location for the test drive. I was matched up with Knor once I arrived at the dealership, who was very friendly and helpful. She made sure I got the best financing even tho I explained I’d had some troubles with my credit. Bill is the best! Helped me get a new JEEP Cherokee L! I appreciate him so much. Andy & Sean helped so much as well, they all made sure my husband and I were going to walk away with something we wanted and made sure the deal was great to our liking. I walked in not sure what to expect and found this place is a great place to buy a car. I traded an old vehicle in and they gave me the best deal of a few dealerships I visited. Pricing is up front, no haggling and car dealer games. The ability to test drive was a big selling point for me. They offer many types of aftermarket warranties and have their own service department. Overall a great experience with my salesman Matthew F. explaining things and answering any questions I had. Definitely a top notch experience! Just wanted add after taking delivery I found a couple mechanical issues (it happens) they took the vehicle in the shop and made the necessary repairs free of charge.
