I have been using Auto Medic for around six years. They do such an amazing job. I called when my car prompted me for an oil change and they were able to get me in the next day. Always prompt and excellent service.

They quoted me a price to fix my car and I call around and others was double the price they was friendly and professional and got me back on the work within a week they are honest and trustworthy that’s hard to find someone like Auto Medic. Then they texted me checking on how is doing I have never heard anyone doing that and gave me a two year warranty I recommend them to anybody.

This garage is exceptionally well run. It is clean, the mechanics are honest, the service is excellent! They made a worrisome and difficult situation manageable keeping us informed throughout the ordeal. A broken diferential had us off road from November 3 to November 19th. The work was well done and we were understood and reassured throughout. I cannot say enough about Norman’s professionalism, understanding and his customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone in need of assistance.

The shop does good work, but I wouldn’t trust their warranty or their word. I’ve personally seen them repair my friend’s car, which still had issues afterward. They told him the warranty would cover the problem, but then later asked for more money to install original parts instead of aftermarket ones. I was there when they specifically said the parts would come directly from Mercedes. Instead, they installed aftermarket parts while charging the price of original parts, and then blamed the customer for the situation.

They are good at what they do, so you have to make an appointment. They have excellent communication services set up for calls and texting. I had a really tricky problem that needed to be corrected and they worked through it and got me back on the road after other places were not able to repair. Owner & staff care about what they are doing. Highly recommend.
