I bought a jeep gladiator from there. Very nice people. Everyone is cool and not trying to put on an act. Everyone being themselves and the jeep had a problem and they were happy to fix it for me in one day. My interest rate is through the roof but it’s because I’m young so who cares. James and Damon are great salesmen. I really enjoyed working with them. They went above and beyond to help me get into the right vehicle that fit my budget. They took care of me as promised. After being repeatedly burned by Volkswagen of Jackson (Ritchey Automotive) I promised myself that I would try to avoid so much as stepping on the their property. Ritchey Automotive is worst than BAD and I can't see how they remain in business, other than being the only band dealership in Central Mississippi! Therefore, I drove from Jackson, MS to Tupelo, MS, approximately 3 and half long drive one way to have my 2003 ID.4 serviced. They scheduled my time slot, they were waiting on me when I arrived and they got me in and out on the same day as promised. Then why only 4 stars, as opposed to 5?
