I have had to use them several times for auto body repair. They are the best. Easy to work with from estimate to pick up. Kind and professional. Would never use another shop again. Would give 10 stars if possible. Ann is the best too.

Not only does the shop do exceptional body work, they understand the insurance claim process and are extremely helpful navigating the system. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your automotive needs! As I was driving from work, I immediately heard a scraping sound and noticed some screws had come loose from under my vehicle. I was stranded on the side of the road and thought to myself the only option I had was to drive 5mph down the road to try to make it to Hyundai so it wouldn’t drag on the road. As I was making my way back to Gloster Street, I happened to notice Byrd’s Body Shop sign and thought maybe they could at least tape it up to where I could make it to Hyundai. So I pulled into the lot and was greeted with the warmest welcome! They did more than just try to help. They fixed me up with brand new screws and clips that had come loose from the last time my oil was changed when the mechanic hadn’t tightened it enough. I d

Who knew getting body work done could be so pleasant and easy? Very professional, they always answered the phone, the process was explained clearly...everything you hope for, especially after an accident. Five very big and bright stars!
